"Steve hands down one of the best insurance reps I've dealt with; moved over all our policies and with limited "tech" direction. In today's business place, so many agents and other professionals are so quick to point to an online portal or landing page to complete information or send documents. "Matthew provided excellent assistance today ( 10 out of 10) with adjusting my bill after I removed one of my vehicles from the policy. He resolved the issue in under 15 minutes and even followed through with a callback as promised. He was professional, efficient, and very helpful in ensuring my billing was accurate. However, I’m giving a 4 rating because, while the service was great, there’s an issue with the referral program. I was referred and they didn’t receive their gift card, and when I referred someone else, I didn’t get mines either. This needs to be addressed for a complete customer experience."
